Booking and cancellation conditions
All special offers proposed by the establishment are non-retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.

You will find, in the frame below, the amount of fees charged in case of cancellation.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen.
If your reservation includes booking fees, please note that these are non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of cancellation has occurred.

Cancellation fees
If cancelled or in case of no-show at the hotel, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, if you have paid online all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of cancellation fees (exception for non-cancellable non-refundable offers).

Taxes
Rates are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.

Check-in time / Check-out time
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below

On your departure day, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Billing for an additional night may result from failure to comply with this departure deadline.

It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” box of the booking form to notify of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

  • Check-in time (from): 2:00 PM
  • Check-out deadline: 11:00 AM
  • Reception opening hours: 24/7 Reception

Payment and booking validation
You will find, in the frame below, the financial commitment that will be required from you to validate and guarantee your reservation.

Payments must be made with one of the cards below, through our secure internet pages. Your bank card details will be encrypted with an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. Your bank card details can never travel on the internet without being encrypted.

Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.

Payment and billing currency
100% of the total amount excluding extras is debited upon reservation.
Your account will be debited in EUR

Consumer dispute mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use free of charge the mediation service offered by Hotel Le Saint-Pierre. The consumer mediator thus proposed is AME CONSO.
